Welcome to the Military and Veteran Service Office.

I'm Pat Beckwith.

I'm the director here.

I'd love to give you a tour.

You'll notice that right when you come in, we have an open area.

This is where students and families can come and gather.

So welcome to the downstairs.

This is one of our primary rooms where our student veterans like to come study as well as do a lot of their group work for a lot of their classes.

We have this space.

Student Veterans like to lounge out, take a nap between classes, find a comfortable space to study.

Student Veterans Organization also meets down here.

We're before we go upstairs, I do want to show you some of the amenities that we have.

As you can see the Student Veterans Organization, we got a lot of leftover barbecue items you see in the fridge, leftover diet Shasta, if you if you really are craving the diet grapefruit Shasta, stop on by.

So I'll go and bring you on upstairs and introduce you to some of the other staff at the Military Veteran Service Office.

So first I'd like to introduce Caleb Logan.

Caleb is one of the school certifying officials, and Caleb manages most of the admissions process with our new student veterans and military affiliated students.

And introduce you to Darryl Lee.

Daryl is also one of our school certifying officials, and Daryl manages most of the financial guidance portion, as well as the degree planning with all of our military affiliated students.

And over here, I'd love to introduce you to Kimberly.

She's one of our student veterans, and she's currently the Vice President of the Student Veterans Organization.

She's up here as a VA work study so Veterans Affairs hires and employs students at universities to help with their peers for all their benefits access and so this this space is dedicated to our work study students as well as our Student Veterans Organization leaders.

So let's head on back downstairs and we'll just make ourselves at home.
